While Gritz leads the work himself, every project benefits from a trusted network of experienced collaborators—fellow arborists, rigging specialists, and consulting experts—brought in as needed. This model ensures clients get the highest level of care and technical precision without the overhead of a large company. We don’t just “do tree work”—we build relationships with homeowners, land stewards, and our urban forests.
